Hi my name is Christine Knox.
I specialise in helping people feel like themselves again.

Many people live with persistent pain.
Some people experience problems after injury or surgery -even successful surgery.
Low back pain, headaches, stiff necks, shoulders, knees and hips are not the best you can expect. In my 18years clinical experience I have helped 1000's of people change their lives and live with ease. Some just wanted to be less stressed, some wanted less pain to no more pain. I use gentle effective techniques to help you achieve your goals.

Often people with scars have not considered their scar may be having a bigger impact on their body. Scar Tissue can be the cause or contributing factor in many clients. If you experience swelling, numbness, pain, pulling, sensitivity to touch or reduced movement all of these problems can be eased through the hands-on treatment called Gentle Scar Therapy.

Gentle Scar Therapy gives transformative results. What we see on the skin is 10% of what is really happening beneath the surface. Scar Tissue can cause adhesions which can bring restriction in function and movement across time. Bringing unexplained pain movement restriction and worry.

The gentle techniques I use help return sensation to the skin and beyond, deep pulling eases, pain reduces and often resolves, regained ease of movement once more. My clients tell me they feel like themselves again.
I treat scars generally from 6-8weeks we need to have them fully healed.
